Relying on a human-centric culture

We want to help our people grow constantly, keep improving and bringing up fresh ideas, work with a cause and have fun above all. Technology is supposed to be fun and give solutions to legacy problems. That said we cannot be creative and efficient users of modern technologies if we keep on having a legacy mindset. We need to learn how to think out of the box and overcome obstacles. This is why we use Agile ways to manage projects and we run internal meetups regularly to enforce knowledge and experience sharing. Last but not least, we rely heavily on remote working so we can all spend even more focused time on our professional objectives and even more qualitative time on our personal life needs at the same time.
