Carespot is a pharmacy network that was founded back in 1984, with the first concern of the excellent service and advisory guidance of their customers. Nowadays, Carepost also works online. Their customers can find the products they are interested in on Carepost’s website as well as they can take an online consultation with a pharmacist.

Back in 2018, Carespot decided to build a modern e-commerce platform using state-of-the-art technologies to beat the competition and offer an overall better experience to its customers. For this purpose, Carespot hired HelloWorld PC. After 2 years of close collaboration, the new e-commerce platform was live and the results speak for themselves since we experienced a nearly 26% increase in orders and 41% increase in revenue within the next 12 months. To this day we cooperate with HelloWorld PC. HelloWorld PC professionals help us digitize old-fashioned practices within the company and keep on adding new features to our platform on an ongoing basis.
